Excellence Advantage Inspirations
Quarterly Summary
Thanks for the positive feedback… it is gratifying to know that the articles continue to inspire excellence for you, your programs and your organizations.
Here’s a recap of features from the last quarter.
I look forward to connecting in 2026.
How much time do you and your leadership team spend debating and explaining differences in your KPI values (each month, each quarter)?
How consistently does your leadership team interpret performance reports? (meaning: that you all reach the same conclusions about what your KPIs are telling you)
Do your performance conversations lead to insights and decisiveness for action or to groundhog’s day type discussions?
Glad to explore a better way…when you are ready…
Excellence Advantage Inspirations: 100th Edition (Part 1 of 2)
I started writing 100 editions ago to inspire excellence, in big and small ways.
I write today for much the same reasons:
Each organization, each team, each community
…better off because they have intentionally sought a better way
…found inspiration from others who also aspire to excellence
…took a chance to try something new to create a true breakthrough
…shared their story, their approach generously so that others could improve.
Thanks, Dell, for sharing yours in this article!
Excellence Advantage Inspirations: 100th Edition (Part 2 of 2)
